I've spent my career in hospitality working everywhere from Brooklyn cocktail bars to five-star hotels in Tulum, private clubs in Nairobi, and distilleries in Colorado. Through it all, one thing has always been true: great brands succeed when they build real relationships.

Hi! I'm Sarah Young. After nearly two decades behind the bar and in beverage operations, I found myself at Chief managing partnerships with small wine and spirits producers across five major U.S. cities and London. I brought them in for tastings, helped tell their stories to our members, and watched these incredible founder-led brands struggle to get the visibility they deserved. Many of them were women-owned, LGBTQ+-led, or from underrepresented communities—making amazing products but fighting an uphill battle for shelf space and attention.

That's what inspired me to start Happy Chaos Creative. I wanted to use everything I'd learned from both sides of the industry to help the brands I believe in actually grow. Now based in Chicagoland, I work with independent spirits brands to build authentic market presence through the kind of relationship-driven marketing I've always known works best.
